Sesriem Oshana is a privately run campsite at Sesriem inside the Namib Naukluft park at Sossusvlei. The campsite is run as part of a joint venture with NWR Namibia Wildlife Resorts.
Undoubtedly the best part about camping at Sesriem Oshana is that you have early access to the dunes at Sossusvlei which are the highlight of any visit to Sesriem and best visited in the early morning for sunrise. Make sure you have your permit the day before, ask about your permit on check-in, or obtain your permit at Sesriem Camp.
Facilities at Sesriem Oshana Campsite
Guests camping at Sesriem Oshana have access to the facilities at the NWR Sesriem camping site which is just 1km away, including the swimming pool and restaurant. More information on the facilities available at Sesriem Camp can be found here.
There is a fuel station and shop selling some basic items located nearby at Sesriem for any essential items you may need.
Please note that while electricity is supplied to all camp-sites, wifi is not available at Sesriem Oshana. You can find out more about the facilities at each individual Sesriem Oshana campsite here.
